Successful Installation By The Royo Machinery Team - Cutting Plotter RZCAM-S1209A

A Cutting Plotter RZCAM-S1209A was installed by the Royo Machinery team in Barranquilla, Colombia.

Prior to shipping, the machine was fully tested, which is a measure our team takes to ensure the client's satisfaction. The installation went as planned as well. With this Cutting Plotter RZCAM-S1209A, our client will be able to digitally produce box samples for approval from the customer before the dies are fabricated. A cutting plotter is a CNC cutting device controlled by a computer, which ensures a smooth, faster process and almost no need for human supervision. 

As shown in our video, cutting plotters use knives to cut into a piece of carton that is lying on the flat surface area of the plotter. The cutting plotter is connected to a computer, which is equipped with cutting design or drafting software. That computer software is responsible for sending the necessary cutting dimensions or designs in order to command the cutting knife to produce the correct project cutting needs.
