The RPY-1200 feeds straight from the roll, handling rolls up to 1,800 mm in diameter, and the die keeps coming down. Every stroke carries 350 tons of pressure. That’s enough force to cut anything from 100 gsm paper to 800 gsm board, in formats up to 1,200 × 650 mm, at 12,000 strokes per hour. And precision? A sensor reads the register marks, recognizes color and keeps every cut on the print, within ±0.10 mm. At that speed, that’s the difference between a piece ready to ship and one headed for the scrap bin. Our team installed it, commissioned it and trained the people who run it.
