This machine can complete the following processes all at the same time: side gluing, tube forming, cutting, bottom creasing, bottom gluing, bottom forming and final product out feed. It's controlled by PLC system, equipped with in-touch screen and servo motor for bag length control and can produce different paper bag sizes. It can also produce bags equipped with a built-in, reinforced die-cut D-handle.

With this machine, our client will produce high-quality kraft paper bags with a flat bottom, that provide a convenient and practical way of storage. Flat bottom bags can be used in many packaging industries such as food packaging, animal food packaging, organic product packaging, and others.
