The Royo Machinery team has successfully installed an Offset Press Heidelberg SM 74-5 PL in the capital city of El Salvador.

The machine is now at its new home in San Salvador. Extreme care was taken to rig and transport the machine around the world. Our team came across some electrical and mechanical issues during the installation but thanks to our experienced engineers they were quickly overcome and the installation was completed successfully and in record time. As always, this process was properly documented by our team to ensure the client's satisfaction from beginning to end.

This Offset Press was carefully cleaned and painted, as well as fully serviced including new rollers. A full five color and coating job was done and we trained the operators on the use of the CP2000 console. This is the second 5-color Speedmaster 74 for this customer, the previous one with CPC1.04 and CPTronic.
 

The customer specializes in the production of hand tags for garments exported to the USA to be sold by major retailers. This new machine will help the customer increase his capacity by 65%. This machine is of great value, as its owners make sure that there's no human error during the production, making sure this printer meets production demands each day without fail. Our team does not doubt that the client will be more than satisfied with this Offset Press Heidelberg SM 74-5 PL.
