Features:
A semi-auto laminating machine is a competitive laminator designed and manufactured elaborately based on the combination of advanced technology of similar international products and about 30 years of manufacturing experience. This machine is a dual-function product for pre-glued and glue-less film. It has a compact structure, easy operation, and a high degree of automation. All the main components adopt internationally noted brands. A PLC system controls the electrical and pneumatic devices and can be operated by only one person. The operator can simultaneously achieve both laminating and separating processes as long as the size of workable paper is input on the text screen.
Configuration:
1. The SCHNEIDER frequency converter is equipped with infinitely variable speed, so the operator can easily change the machine's speed and guarantee that it runs stable.
2. A one-piece construction design makes the machine run more stably and lengthens its lifetime.
3. Manual paper feeding.
4. Magnetic regulating plate can be adjusted easily to regulate manual paper feeding.
5. The high-precision chrome-plated heating roller is equipped with a built-in oil heating system, which has excellent temperature control performance. The laminating temperature is adjustable according to applications.
6. The hydraulic pressuring system provides considerable, steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality.
7. The air expansion shaft releases film easily and precisely, making film roll loading and unloading more convenient.
8. The combination of air expansion shaft and braking device can adjust film release tension and speed.
9. The cutter cuts the film width to match the paper size. The cut film is left on the film release spindle.
10. The film perforating wheel perforates the film edge for the automatic cut of laminated paper.
11. Anti-curvature device: When the anti-curvature device is used, the laminated paper is leveled at once and won't curve again after being cut.
12. The pneumatic cutting system automatically cuts paper if the operator inputs the workable paper size on the LCD screen.
13. The cut paper is sent to the paper receiving table, which is adjustable upon application.
